This week, we’re excited to spotlight Andy, a longtime friend of Organised, founder of CELLER8, and pioneer in the field of PEMF therapy, whose personal health battle and passion for innovation has made waves in the wellness world.

Andy’s story began in 2014 when complications from abdominal surgery left him struggling to recover. Despite rounds of antibiotics and painkillers, the infection persisted, leaving Andy anxious and uncertain about his future. It was then that his father suggested trying PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) therapy, a treatment not widely available in the UK at the time. PEMF therapy works by delivering electromagnetic waves to the body, stimulating cells at a deep level to promote healing, reduce inflammation, and enhance recovery.

For Andy, the results were almost immediate. Andy recalls, “I couldn’t believe how quickly I started to see and feel results. The wound began to clear up, the pain lessened, and within a week I was off all antibiotics and painkillers.” His recovery was so remarkable that even his surgeon was stunned.

With his newfound health, Andy didn’t just recover, he thrived. Just three months after his surgery, he competed in the Spartan Race, a gruelling obstacle event he had ruled himself out of during recovery. “I placed 23rd out of 5,000 participants. I had never performed like this before, and nobody could believe that three months earlier I was in such a dark place.”

Inspired by his recovery, Andy knew he had to share this revolutionary therapy with others. "I wanted others in the UK to have the opportunity that I had experienced,” Andy shares. 

Initially, Andy began importing PEMF devices to the UK, but it didn’t take long for him to identify a gap in the market for high-quality, accessible solutions. Driven to create something better, he launched CELLER8, the first UK-made PEMF device, crafted to address the shortcomings he observed in existing products. Today, CELLER8 is making waves globally, improving lives with a therapy Andy knows firsthand to be life-changing. 

Andy also shares his expertise and passion through thePEMFpodcast, a fascinating series where he dives into the science, stories, and innovative applications of PEMF therapy, pursuing a quest to make PEMF therapy a more widely known and accessible healing option.
