Apple Marshmallows

These apple marshmallows are incredibly delicious and made with only a handful of simple and nourishing ingredients. All you need is some cooked apples, grass-fed gelatin, and our beef organ powder for a surprisingly nutrient-dense twist on a childhood classic. They’re soft, naturally sweet, super fun to make and incredibly addictive!
Makes about 10-12
Ingredients:
- 600g organic apples - core removed, skin on and chopped into small pieces
- 40g grass fed gelatine powder
- 1 scoop Organised
- Optional: 1 tbsp raw honey
- Add the apples to a pan with 100ml of water. Cook on a low heat for 25-30 minuets until the apples are really soft.
- Add the gelatine to a bowl with 120ml of water. Mix well and let it sit for 5 minutes until it blooms.
- Transfer the cooked apples to a blender and blend until smooth .
- Add the apple to puree to a large bowl together with the bloomed gelatine, Organised and honey if using. Using a free standing mix or an electric whisk whisking everything for at least 20 minutes until you have a fluffy and airy consistency.
- Line a brownie tin with some parchment paper. Pour in the mixture and using a spatula flatten it out.
- Set in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Cut into squares and enjoy straight away or store in the fridge for 3-4 days.
