We love to serve them with tender, slow-cooked beef that melts in your mouth, earthy sautéed mushrooms, and creamy avocado for the perfect balance of richness and freshness.

Makes 1 wrap
Ingredients:
- 1 organic large egg
- 1 tbsp Organised
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- A pinch of sea salt
- A knob of butter or ghee for cooking
Filling:
- Slow cooked beef or leftover roasted chicken
- Sautéed mushrooms
- Sliced avocado
- A sprinkle of chopped spring onion
Method
- In a bowl whisk together the egg, Organised, parmesan cheese and salt. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Add the butter to a frying pan on a high heat. Once it starts to bubble add in the egg mixture. Using the back of a spoon spread it around the pan to create a round shape.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes on one side then flip on the other side.
- Transfer to a plate and top it with fillings of your choice. Store the wraps in a container ion the fridge for 3-4 days.
