Ingredients
- 12 medjool dates - pitted
- 50g (1/2 cup) shredded coconut
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 scoop Organised
Method

Add the coconut to a food processor until you have a coarse flour.

Add in all the other ingredients and blitz again until you have a sticky mixture when pressed between your fingers.

Roll the mixture into balls and transfer to the fridge to set for 15-20 minutes before serving.
- Store in the fridge for up to a week or in then freezer for up to 6 months.
