Ingredients:
• 1 frozen banana
• 120g (½ cup) unsweetened pumpkin purée
• 1 tbsp almond butter

• 1 date, pitted
• 1 tsp pumpkin spice mix (or substitute with ground cinnamon)
• 120ml (½ cup) raw milk (or milk of choice)
Optional Toppings:
• 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
• A sprinkle of chopped pecans
Instructions:
