Ingredients:

1 frozen banana

120g (½ cup) unsweetened pumpkin purée

1 tbsp almond butter

1-2 heaped tbsp Organised (whole food organ blend)

1 date, pitted

1 tsp pumpkin spice mix (or substitute with ground cinnamon)

120ml (½ cup) raw milk (or milk of choice)

 

Optional Toppings:

2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt

A sprinkle of chopped pecans

 

Instructions:

1. Blend: Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting consistency with a bit more milk if desired.

2. Serve: Pour into a glass and top with Greek yogurt and chopped pecans for extra creaminess and crunch.
