Sweet Potato Chocolate Tart

This no-bake sweet potato chocolate tart is rich, silky, and deeply chocolatey, with the natural sweetness of sweet potato creating an incredibly smooth texture. It’s the kind of dessert that feels indulgent but is made from simple, wholesome ingredients. We also added Organised, our beef organs powder for a powerful nutritional boost, it blends in seamlessly so you’d never even know it’s there.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked sweet potato flesh - about 3 medium size
- 400g good quality dark chocolate - we used 85% cocoa
- 2 scoops Organised
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- Optional: 2-3 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup - we didn't use any as we found the sweet potatoes sweet enough!
Serve with: fresh berries of your choice
- On a double boiler melt the chocolate. Remove from the heat and let it cool down for 5 minutes.
- Add the sweet potato flesh, melted chocolate, Organised, vanilla and honey (if using) to blender. Blend until really smooth and creamy. (You can also use an hand blender for this).
- Pour the mixture into a cake tin and transfer to the freezer to set for 2 hours. Remove from the freezer and let it stand for 20 minutes before cutting it into slices.
- Serve with some fresh berries and enjoy!
