Organised Chai Spice Latte

Ingredients for Chai Spice Blend:

  • 2 cloves
  • ½ cinnamon stick
  • 2 green cardamoms
  • 1 peppercorn (optional, or a pinch of ground pepper)
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 300ml raw milk
  • 1 tbsp. Organised


  1. Prepare the Chai Spice Blend: In a pestle and mortar or spice grinder, combine cloves, cinnamon stick, green cardamoms, peppercorn (if using), ginger, and nutmeg. Grind the spices together until you achieve a fine powder.

  2. Blend with Milk and Organised: Transfer the freshly ground chai spice blend into a blender. Add 300ml of raw milk and 1 tablespoon of Organised.

  3. Blend Until Smooth: Blend the mixture until all the ingredients are well combined and the latte is smooth and frothy.
