Sardines & Organs Dip

Sardines are definitely having a moment right now and all for the right reasons. They are one of the best sources of omega 3 and they are incredibly affordable and versatile. But what about adding beef organs to them to create the ultimate nourishing lunch ready in 5 minutes? Thanks to its mild flavour Organised works perfectly in this dip, it immediately boosts the nutritional value without compromising on flavour. We love to have it on some crunchy sourdough or with some cucumber slices on the side.
Serves 1
- Ingredients:
- 1 tin of sardines in olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp organic Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tbsp capers
- 1 spring onion - finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Organised
- A squeeze of lemon juice
- Salt & pepper to taste
Serve with:
Cucumber slices
Toasted sourdough
- Add the sardines to a bowl and using a fork mash them down. Add in all the other ingredients and mix well until you have a chunky pate.
- Serve on toasted sourdough or with some cucumber slices.
