Venison Steak With Celeriac Mash

Venison Steak With Celeriac Mash

This venison steak with creamy celeriac mash is the kind of dish that feels like it belongs on a restaurant menu, yet it’s beautifully simple to make at home. The venison is tender and deeply flavoured, paired with smooth, buttery celeriac mash for a lighter alternative to potatoes. To elevate it further, we have added our beef organs powder which is also rich in collagen and colostrum. A powerful nutritional boost that blends seamlessly into the dish without altering the overall flavour. The perfect dinner to impress your loved ones or to treat yourself to something extra special.
