Refund Policy
At Organised, we put real food and real trust first. We want every customer to feel completely safe trying us for the first time, so here's how our refund policy works:
100-Day First Order Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your first pouch, you're eligible for a full refund within 100 days of delivery. This guarantee applies to first-time customers only. It's our way of making sure you can try Organised risk-free.
Subscriptions & Repeat Orders
Subsequent pouches after your first order are not covered by the 100-day guarantee, but we will always work with you to pause, skip, or reschedule deliveries to avoid overstock.
Damages & Issues
If your pouch arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos. We will replace it or issue a refund right away.
Returns Process
If you'd like to return an order and you are in the UK or US, please use our returns portal. You'll need your order number and ZIP/postcode. Follow the instructions in the portal and you'll receive a pre-paid shipping label to send your items back to us. If you are returning from outside of the UK or US, please reach out to the team at hello@organised.co and we will arrange your return. If you run into any issues with the portal, just reach out to our team at hello@organised.co and we'll help get it sorted.
Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll confirm approval. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
